The September Planning Commission meeting will take place on September 2nd at 6:00pm. The meeting will be at the Oasis Senior Center in Lincoln.
Items on the agenda will include discussions on the hiring of a consultant to assist in the writing of the comprehensive plan, the Viper Mine Grant, progress on the Bike Path project, and new members recruiting.
As always, the public is encouraged to attend.
The August meeting of the LCRPC will take place on August 5th, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6:30pm at the Oasis Senior Center.

The January Planning Meeting agenda has changed. The original agenda item regarding the rezoning application (1-RZ-26) near Latham has been temporarily withdrawn.
The proposed developer will be present at a special meeting of the Zoning Committee on January 5th, 7:00pm at the Logan County Courthouse. The public is invited to attend.
We are sad to announce that Blair Hoerbert, the long time Chairman of the Planning Commission, passed away on Christmas day last week. He will be missed and his dedication to the citizens of Logan County have been an inspiration to all of us.

Items on the agenda will include a request to rezone several parcels west of Latham from agricultural to industrial to allow for the permitting of a data center project. Public notices for the proposal were previously posted in the local newspapers (online).
